No. Fogging can be useful as part of certain treatment processes, but simply fogging an area does not physically remove mold growth, contaminated materials, or settled particulate. Proper remediation focuses on removing or cleaning affected materials, controlling contamination, HEPA cleaning and filtration where appropriate, and correcting the moisture conditions that allowed the problem to develop.
